A stunning macro photo of Robert D Bruce's eye on Flickr, for which he had to take a number of pictures. This led to him temporarily blinding himself to get the perfect shot. That's dedication for you.

This photo by Anoush Abrar & Aimée Hoving focuses on a super pair of glasses I've never seen anything like before.

Light-test.com is an intriguing archive of...yup, light tests. Insightful snaps taken before photo shoots, they capture more casual moments, humourous and revealing, showing the subject and photographer in a different light (no pun intended).
