&lt;p&gt;The artist says that the works “&lt;span id="result_box"&gt;are trying to respond to a form of duality…ultimately creating an osmosis between the two mediums, between the animal and the portrait.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I love split-style illustrations like these. I also love the way that the sunglasses are being held up in front of the sun - nice touch.&lt;/p&gt;
